1.1. Registration is needed for shopping and ordering. 1.2. All orders will be handled in incoming order. 1.3. Minimum ordering amount is 15 euros. If the order value is below 15 euros, it won't be delivered. 1.4. If the ordered products are out of stock, you will be contacted by Tilkkutarha-Quilt Garden.
2. Delivery
2.1. Currently we deliver only to EU countries or to Scandinavia. 2.2 Orders will be delivered during the following 2-5 working days by mail. Large items such as large cutting mats will be delivered by Matkahuolto ( in FInland only). 2.3. Handling and packaging cost will be added as follows: to Finland and Scandinavia 3.60 euros other EU countries as per Finnish Post pricelist 2.4. If the order value exceeds 75 euros, no handling and post cost are charged. This is valid only in Finland.
3. Payment
3.1. Currently we have only OKO bank Finland - web-payment , later on other banks and credit cards. 3.2. It is also possible to deliver via Postiennakko , cash on delivery by finnish Post. The COD costs 3,35 euros will be added to the payment.This is valid in Finland. Deliveries to Scandinavia or Europe, please contact customer service, info@tilkkutarha.fi.
4. Prices
Prices are valid until notice and all rights are reserved.The prices include the VAT.
5. Returns
In case the you are not happy with the delivery, you may return the shipment at no cost to us by Finnish Post. This is valid in Finland only. The return must be done inside 14 days and the goods must be unused and in unopened inner packages. Other cases please contact us.
6. Transportation damages
If the shipment / the goods has been damaged during transportation, please contact the local post as soon as possible and make the claim. Then contact us to agree the following steps.
